Garn’s Career in Construction and Real Estate
Garn has spent the last three decades providing quality construction and real estate services for his clients. He has been a licensed general contractor since 1980 and is a member of the Utah Homebuilders Association. He has built homes of every shape and size, and has won multiple awards for his beautiful custom-built homes. Garn’s entry in the 2007 Salt Lake Parade of Homes won two of the three awards in its category.
Garn has been a licensed agent with the Salt Lake Board of Realtors since 1982. He was licensed as a Real Estate Sales Agent from 1982-1984, and since 1984 has been a licenced Real Estate Broker. In 2000, Garn received the distinction of Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). He is short-sale/REO certified
On a Personal Note:
Garn has been married to his wife, Gayle, for over 30 years. They have five children and one grandson. Garn and his family love sports, particularly NBA basketball (go Jazz!). He was a scout leader for 19 years, and coached basketball teams for all four of his sons. He also loves camping, hunting, fishing, boating, and riding ATVs.
